DACRA Tech’s Alarm Management consists of an automated Module that maintains and monitors alarm registrations and tracks excessive false alarm occurrences.

DACRA’s Alarm Registration registers active alarm systems by owner or vendor and maintains an incident history. The DACRA Module lets municipalities establish set parameters for billable and non-billable incidents, then tracks each occurrence.
If an alarm owner experiences an excessive number of false alarms, the DACRA Alarm Management Module will auto-create an invoice based upon a predetermined frequency of events.
